Please know that every piece listed in the shop is handmade with care and made-to-order.
Because of the nature of handmade items, my Refund & Exchange Policy are as follows:
Payment - Zelle or Venmo
At this time, I can only process payments for refunds/exchanges via Zelle or Venmo
Refunds
No longer want ordered item
Every piece is handmade with care and made-to-order. Because of this, I cannot offer full refunds for orders (with the exception of the wrong item being sent or if an item arrives broken). Please see “Exchanges” if you would like a different size and/or a different item. Thank you for understanding!
Wrong item was sent or item is broken
Please fill out the Refund & Exchange Request Form within 14 days of receiving your item to get in touch. If the wrong item was sent, please repack the item in its original condition and ship the return package to receive the refund (a pre-paid shipping label will be sent via email). I apologize in advance for the inconvenience. I appreciate your patience and understanding!
Exchanges
Want a different size / item
Please fill out the Refund & Exchange Request Form within 7 days of receiving your item to get in touch and to receive a new item. You will need to repack and ship the exchange item in its original condition. You will need to pay for return shipping, shipping for the new item, and any difference in value (if any) for the new item.
Wrong item was sent or item is broken
Please fill out the Refund & Exchange Request Form within 14 days of receiving your item to get in touch and to receive a new item. If the wrong item was sent, you will need to repack the item in its original condition and ship the return package (a pre-paid shipping label will be sent via email). I apologize in advance for the inconvenience. I appreciate your patience and understanding!
Fundraising Sales
Fundraising sales are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless the wrong item was sent or arrives broken.
Fundraising sales are not for profit — once a fundraising item is sold, those funds are donated to the organization(s) listed in the item’s description.
