Accepted payments: Credit and debit. Zelle and Venmo preferred. Invoices for payment due will include a 10.25% sales tax applied to order subtotals.

Custom Policy (updated 7/21/25) *

1.) Getting Started ------------------------------------------------- - To get started on a custom project, please submit a Custom Request Form. A quoted price and timeline for your custom piece based on the information provided will be sent to your email. You can expect this response in 2-5 business days. - Most custom work will require at least 1-2 months to complete. Rushed work will incur an additional fee. - An invoice for the non-refundable Security Deposit is due upfront ahead of work. - The Security Deposit will be 50% of the quoted price. - NOTE: A few times during the custom process, I will need your approval/feedback before I continue. Please keep an eye on your email and respond as soon as convenient — Long delays may affect the remaining timeline and/or deadline. 2.) Design Stage ------------------------------------------------- - After the Security Deposit is paid, I will begin designing and sketching your custom piece. - I will reach out with the first round of design sketches for your approval or any edits. - Edits made after the second round of designs will incur an additional fee and may affect the remaining timeline and/or deadline. 3.) Production Stage ------------------------------------------------- - Once the design has been approved, I will source materials and begin working in the studio on your custom piece. 4.) Completion ------------------------------------------------- - When your custom piece is completed, I will send the final invoice. - Your piece will be shipped by your shipping method of choice. Shipping costs will be included in the final invoice. - I may be able to schedule a meeting for an in-person pick up if you prefer (Chicago only). Payment for in-person is due at the meeting. - Right of Refusal: If you no longer wish to purchase the commissioned piece, you may refuse. You will not need to make anymore payments and you forfeit ownership of the piece. In this case, I will retain the refused piece and the non-refundable Security Deposit. I retain the right to sell the refused piece.
